Just outside Austin, ICON has completed AlphaBeta Z, a 380 m² 3D printed home in the Wimberley Springs neighborhood. With a design of curved corners and flowing spaces, this innovative home demonstrates the potential of technology in architecture.
Built in just five months, 50% less than a conventional house, its structure uses CarbonX, a low-carbon cementitious material. This makes it one of the most sustainable large-scale houses to date.
