ODP Architects has begun construction of Villa Miami, a 56-story skyscraper located in the East Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. With a height of 198 meters, the tower will be wrapped in an exoskeleton inspired by a faceted diamond and will feature a heliport at the top.
The project will offer 70 exclusive residences and luxury amenities, such as a pool terrace, spa, members and yacht club, a ground-floor restaurant and a private dock. A work that promises to become an icon of contemporary architecture in Miami.
