A new workspace has been designed by architect Neil Denari. The project, located at 9000 Wilshire(Beverly Hills, California) is one of the last office structures built from the ground up in suburban Los Angeles and embodies modern sustainability principles while addressing current and future demands for smart office environments. The building is strategically located in a vibrant area, enhancing the walkable urban fabric of the neighborhood by concealing its parking structure underground.
