The Sheats-Goldstein residence in Los Angeles has been expanded by Conner + Perry Architects, who completed work on the lower terrace of the steep lot, with the original Lautner house at the top of the lot. The lower section is called the Goldstein Entertainment Complex, with amenities spilling down the hillside, designed in a style that remains respectful of the iconic house.
