A vacation home located in northwest Montana has been completed. The project, by The Ranch Mine architectural firm, features angular forms clad in black metal that provide a “striking contrast” to the landscape. The facades are clad in standing-seam metal siding with varying rib patterns that mimic the ridges and grooves found in tree bark. The siding is painted black, which helps emphasize the house’s crisp form.
