One Sullivan Place, an apartment building developed by RKTB Architects, has been completed. This project is targeted to mixed-income individuals rising 12 stories and located in the Crown Heights neighborhood near Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Totaling 5,574 square feet, One Sullivan Place contains 52 rental apartments, 16 of which are classified as affordable housing.
