The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has begun its expansion. The project is based on Chinese-American architect IM Pei’s original 1995 glass pyramid design. This new expansion reinterprets Pei’s organization of solid forms that ‘dance’ around a transparent central pyramid, revealing a triangular-shaped building that interlocks with the original glass structure and extends outward.
