New wooden oculus in Norwegian-American museum expansion in Iowa

The Norwegian-American museum and folk art school in Iowa will be expanded with a large wooden oculus and a solid wood frame. Snøhetta, the person responsible for the expansion project, created an 743-square-meter building for the museum and adjoining outdoor spaces that connect the museum’s Heritage Park to the street.
