American firm Handel Architects has designed a fiberglass-reinforced concrete cladding that wraps around a new 12-story building. The building houses The Line Hotel and a residential part called Serif, along with a commercial space on the ground floor. The project covers 3,159 square meters, half of which is for Serif, which has a V-shaped plan and has 242 condominiums, ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom units.
