A 17-story residential tower has been unveiled in Miami’s Mid Beach neighborhood, a project that rises 45 feet above the flood line to form a singular structure that offers panoramic views and frees up the ground plane. The project will be known as The Perigon and is designed as a series of towers rotated to orient views away from neighbors and toward the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay.
