An experimental pavilion to show how to use empty spaces

The Open Workshop, a multidisciplinary design office, has created an experimental pavilion to show how some of Chicago’s empty public spaces can be used. The project, named The Center Won’t Hold, the geometric pavilion comprises a cuboid whose arrangement forms outdoor spaces hidden only by thin voile curtains.
