A quirky circular house perched on a hillside near Silicon Valley completed in the 1960s, called The Round House, will be updated. The building consists of a circular main floor and a lower level volume. The total area is 5,103 square feet (474 square meters). The house was reduced to its posts and foundations. The walls and roof were rebuilt, and the exterior facades were re-clad with charred accoya wood.
