Foster + Partners will rebuild Beverly Hills with a botanical garden and the two tallest (plant-covered) skyscrapers in Beverly Hills. One of the buildings will be a 32-story Residence Tower will be 125 meters high, while the other will be residences 112 meters high and will be covered with plants. The 17.5-acre project will be called One Beverly Hills and it will be between Wilshire Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard.
