Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates is celebrating: Arthaus, its first residential tower, has reached its maximum height. The 47-story tall building, which will house 108 residences, will be completed in early 2022 and will become a major addition to the city’s skyline, marking the Arts District from afar, in the words of Eugene Kohn.
