Trip to Las Vegas
Las Vegas at night

Trip to Las Vegas, what Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas!

I came in the United States of America almost 9 months ago. Since I got here I’ve already visited New Jersey, Alabama, San Diego, Pennsylvania, Las Vegas and Mexico. The most unique of all these visits so far is our trip to Las Vegas. It was better than what I have expected. The place is pretty amazing both day and night. The best part of Las Vegas was the strip. I was able to witness the Las Vegas life!

We tried playing in the Casino but we didn’t have that much luck but we enjoyed the experience. We rode the High Roller, a big Ferris wheel which was about 550 feet from the ground. It was pretty amazing especially getting in there at night. It took us about 30 minutes to get to the top. It was kind of scary at first when we reached the top because I am little afraid of heights but seeing the lights and the busyness of Las Vegas at top, it was really an unforgettable experience for me. We weren’t able to enjoy much of the walking on our first day in Vegas because it was a little bit chilly. But the second and third day the weather was so perfect. We walked a few miles to and from the hotel. It was a good exercise too especially when you can’t stop eating. The food there was amazing also. There are so many restaurant to choose from!

Our whole trip to Las Vegas was quite an experience! I think this is the place where I got the culture shock because you can walk around the city with a drink on your hand, see shirtless guys and the women with a feathered wings on their underwear and you can even take picture with them! You can visit Vegas and be a different person and no one would even know! Now I understand the famous line, «What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas!»
