JOB DESCRIPTION
- Estimated starting date: As soon as possible; visa processing time 4-6 weeks since contract agreement signature.
- Duration: up to 18 months
- Profiles:
- Intermediate / Senior Architect 3+ years of career experience
- Compensation: Salary is commensurate with applicant’s academic and professional experience.
- Location: Los Angeles, California, USA.
- Required Experience: The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited architecture program with experience managing projects. Other additional qualifications:
- Experience coordinating Contract Document sets
- Hand-sketching ability
- Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and details
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering
- AutoCAD experience
