A new architectural jewel designed by Foster + Partners rises in Aventura, with a 64-meter, 12-story geometric structure that widens as it rises, creating an imposing and dynamic silhouette. Its design is composed of two interlocking prisms that generate open spaces at the base and top of the building, while its facade clad with metal louvers plays with light and shadow to achieve a changing visual effect. Located on the site of a former Safra National Bank branch, which will be demolished in 2021, this work reinforces the British firm’s avant-garde vision and adds to the Miami skyline with its innovative design.
