“The One Flagler” in West Palm Beach, designed by SOM, redefines the concrete aesthetic with a white lattice facade. The stepped tower reaches 25 stories and is integrated with a seven-level parking podium, crowned by planted loggias that provide a green backdrop to the environment. Located next to the Royal Park Bridge, the complex combines design and functionality, highlighting its LED lighting in the tallest tower.
