The Iowa Municipal Building by Neumann Monson Architects

The Iowa City Public Works building, located just south of Iowa City’s downtown district, has polycarbonate walls and a row of tall planters that bring sunlight into the building. The building was designed using 15 meter modules to accommodate future changes and additions and the materials were chosen as highly durable, low maintenance and cost effective.
