Management of Immigration Bureaucracy
The Program offers a comprehensive management of candidate process to understand the U.S. immigration bureaucracy that seems so obscure and sometimes get discouraged, but through Architect-US Program everything will be easier and understandable for every participant.
Architect-US provides access to one of the most competitive markets in the world facing the complex immigration bureaucracy. Program’s participants have the chance of taking part in the exchange, integration and training of the different techniques and methodologies of American practice. We take care of the tricky part – paperwork and documents! We will supply you with a Certificate of Eligibility for J-1 Visa (Form DS-2019) for the Embassy appointment and guide you to that. We work with the Host Company to collect all their documents (Workers Compensation Policy, Host Company Agreement and Training Internship Placement Plan DS-7002), review and verify them and make sure the Company is eligible to host an international. Our Program includes a health/medical insurance for your convenience.
We make sure you are ready to enter the USA by taking you through a Pre-Departure Orientation Session, giving you options about doing your tax refund there and presenting you to our USA community that meets up and helps each other on topics such as housing, car rentals, transport options, etc.
Compensated Professional Experience
Architect-US Program promotes, processes and manages waged internships and professional training, setting minimum wages according to candidate’s academic background and years of experience that host companies enrolled in the Program must respect. We do accept non-paid positions in very specific cases (related to university internships, government funding, etc.) but never in our Job+J1 Visa Program.
Flexibility of Program Start and Length
The Program can start at any time of the year to meet both applicant and host company needs, with flexible programs lasting from 3 to 18 months. The process to get to the USA takes only 1 month from the time we have all the necessary documents from both the J1 Visa applicant and the Host Company.
