Many people told me to buy Canada Goose coats. They are around 600$ and they are extremely good for low temperatures. Instead of that, I bought a very very good coat during Black Friday sales. I paid like 115 dolars (50% off) and I really love it! The brand is Eddie Bauer but pretty sure you can find something similar in other places. You can also try in Century21. Just be sure it has hood,it can resist the rain and low temperatures!
