The smell reaches the whole area around it. On top, a beautiful park stand, giving <strong>some of the best views of the northern part of Manhattan<\/strong>. Apparently the project was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pritzkerprize.com\/biography-philip-johnson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Philip Johnson<\/a>&#8216;s idea.
