{"id":4528,"date":"2017-06-12T17:01:00","date_gmt":"2017-06-12T16:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.architect-us.com\/blog\/?p=4528"},"modified":"2020-11-18T14:35:44","modified_gmt":"2020-11-18T13:35:44","slug":"kieran-timberlake-receives-restoration-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.architect-us.com\/blog\/2017\/06\/kieran-timberlake-receives-restoration-award\/","title":{"rendered":"KieranTimberlake receives restoration award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/kierantimberlake.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">KieranTimberlake<\/a>&#8216;s studio at <strong>841 North American Street<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>in Philadelphia<\/strong> has been granted with a\u00a0<strong>Grand Jury Award\u00a0<\/strong>by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.preservationalliance.com\/\">The Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia<\/a>\u00a0that\u00a0recognizes projects that contribute to the Philadelphia&#8217;s character and architectural identity through rehabilitation. restoration, and adaptive reuse of historic buildings.<\/p>\n<p><strong> KieranTimberlake<\/strong> was honored for the\u00a0transformation of the former <strong>Ortlieb&#8217;s Brewing Company&#8217;s Bottling House <\/strong>that was finished in 2015 and became its current studio.
