A month has already flown by, and I have to say, I\u2019m enjoying every single day!<\/p>\n
During this time, I\u2019ve started to find my rhythm. It\u2019s meant reorganizing myself, building new routines, and figuring out how to get around the city. Metro, car, bike? So far, I\u2019ve been relying on the metro, but in Houston, a car is a must. I\u2019ll probably write a post soon about my adventure getting a car and a driver\u2019s license\u2014stay tuned!<\/p>\n
My short time at the office has been fantastic, and I\u2019m so happy with the decision. My colleagues, my boss, and the overall setup of the office is incredible. Having worked at studios and a construction company<\/strong> before, I\u2019m genuinely impressed by the quality of the projects<\/strong>, the organization, and the teamwork<\/strong> here.<\/p>\n I\u2019m already diving into two projects that I\u2019m super excited about\u2014not just for what I get to propose but also for the learning curve that I will have. It\u2019s opening doors to new methodologies that will keep pushing me to grow and refine my skills.<\/p>\n Houston is massive, and I\u2019m discovering it bit by bit. So far, I\u2019ve visited NASA<\/strong>, , and tKhema<\/strong>he Museum of Fine Arts<\/strong>, and I can already tell there\u2019s so much more to explore. The city is also famous for its diverse food scene, so there\u2019s always something new to try. It\u2019s a multicultural hub, and I\u2019m loving it.<\/p>\n A couple of weeks ago, Houston<\/strong> even had a snowfall! The city isn\u2019t equipped for snow, but it was heartwarming to see everyone out enjoying it\u2014kids, dogs, and families playing together. It was a beautiful sight.<\/p>\n Moving to a new city has been a challenge, but a rewarding one. Sure, there have been a few bumps along the way, but nothing that couldn\u2019t be figured out. If anyone out there is considering taking the leap to start fresh somewhere new, I can only say: go for it.<\/p>\n It\u2019s still early days, but I\u2019ll say it again\u2014I\u2019m so glad I made this choice, and I can\u2019t wait to share more of this journey with you.<\/p>\nAbout life<\/h3>\n
