Hi! I\u2019m Jimena, an architect from Peru. When I was offered a job opportunity in the United States<\/strong>, I was excited but also nervous about the J-1 visa process<\/strong>. It was unfamiliar territory, and I wasn\u2019t entirely sure what to expect. Joining Architect-US<\/strong>\u2019s J-1 Visa Program<\/strong> made a big difference by helping me navigate the requirements with more ease.<\/p>\n

Since I already had my job secured, Architect-US\u2019s role was to find a visa sponsor<\/strong> and handle the paperwork. This was a relief, as it ensured everything was done correctly and saved me from unnecessary delays. The early stages of the process required some time, especially gathering the necessary documents, but once everything was in place, things moved quickly and smoothly.<\/p>\n

When it came time for the embassy appointment, I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward it was. For anyone starting this journey, my advice is to stay patient and organized. It\u2019s important to keep track of deadlines and not hesitate to ask for clarification when you need it. Now that I\u2019m in the U.S., I\u2019m eager to gain new insights from this experience and apply them to my work in the future.<\/p>\n
