And the coronavirus arrived. At first, no one could imagine the impact it would have, and to this day, we still don’t know. But one thing’s for sure, this is going to change the way we work and we’ll have to adapt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The first weeks were of uncertainty, and we didn’t know if we would continue working from the office, so we had to start preparing, installing, and testing the multiple programs that make remote work possible.<\/p>\n

Finally, we had to start working from home as it seemed that it was going to end up happening. In my case, the adaptation was a little more complicated<\/strong>, since I had just started working on some new projects, and it is not as easy to explain and solve doubts as it is when you are in person, that through a screen. But as we got used to the situation, our workflow improved. In the end, the harder it gets, the more you learn, and at all times I have been able to count with the help of my colleagues.<\/p>\n

The world was beginning to come on hold, and so did some of our projects. But, despite this, we were lucky enough to have others still on work, so our production was not completely interrupted, but our working days were reduced to 3. On the other hand, I always had the support from my office<\/strong> to continue working with them and not return to Spain, despite the many recommendations to go back. I was grateful since my desire was also to stay here and continue working since this is a temporary situation, and that in the meantime I was going to continue working.<\/p>\n

As complicated as the situation may seem, you have to adapt, find solutions, and learn from it. Soon everything will come back to normal or we will adapt, and this would become another challenge during this great experience!<\/p>\n
