With all those movies that are on the TV during the whole month, where you can see the magical city, happy and smiling people all around you and a Christmas song always playing on the back. You are filled with excitement to finally see by yourself how it really is in person. The weeks before Christmas the streets are full with Christmas trees, which smell amazing, and there are Christmas lights and colorful decorations everywhere. There are also more Christmas markets around the city that you may have expected and of course, the ice rinks. You can find so many places where seasonal activities are going on that you may be a bit overwhelmed. New York turns into a magical city.<\/strong> Snow would be the ultimate ingredient to make it perfect, the city covered with a soft white layer and the colorful lights reflecting on it.<\/p>\n The temperature is getting lower as the days go by. People is already starting to complain about how cold it is outside, but there is always someone else who is more than used with the winters in New York that will tell you \u201cYou should wait for January and February if you want to know what real cold means\u201d.
