London native Dominic Kozerski, and Italy native Enrico Bonetti, are the founders of the successful bonetti\/kozerski architecture<\/a> firm based in New York city. They founded their firm with the aims of implementing their European background<\/strong> in the approach of every project they undertake. This very successful duo begin their creative process with the desire of coming up with an idea that embellishes an aesthetic of understated luxury and earnest modernism. Each of their projects, is viewed as a collaboration between them and their clients, ultimately resulting in unexpected beauty that meets the demands of the initial goals that were set out. Now, for their latest project, they have designed what will be the new headquarters of the pace gallery in New York\u2019s Chelsea Art District.<\/p>\n

By introducing some of their cross-cultural<\/strong> and multidisciplinary values that they bring to the table, they set out to always bring something different to the American public. \u00a0With the pace gallery, they have done just that. The building\u2019s design has more than doubled the current footprint of the pace and now seeks to display a more open and accessible type of engagement with the public. It includes an outdoor gallery that is connected to the high-line of the surroundings and a suspended two-story penthouse on the roof. In addition to the metal-clad and volcanic stone fa\u00e7ade, the new design of the pace will include in its interior 6-meter-tall rotating exhibitions. This project will bring a new light to the former exhibition space and will present a new modern, and sleek design to Chelsea\u2019s art district.<\/p>\n
