When you send a lot of applications at a time, specially when you are applying to multiple cities, you might forget the location of a particular firm<\/p>\n

3. Saving time<\/strong><\/p>\n

Instead of having to go to the web to find the number of a company, it\u2019s a great thing to add it to your list, that way you can carry that information with you and reach out to any company if needed.<\/p>\n

4. Who was that?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Creating the spreadsheet will also help you track the person in contact and allow you to keep track when there is more than one person who you are in contact with at a firm.
