J1 Visa a long process

J-1 Visa a long process that pays off

First of all, check that you cover all the requirements and that you are eligible to apply; and once you have checked that and started the process, manage your time.

It was two months ago when I got the news of my acceptance to do an internship at SHoP Architects. The first thing I did was reaching the Architect-US team in order to get some information about the visa and start with the process. I am going to tell you the J1 Visa a long process that pays off.

It was my first time applying for a non-student visa so I didn’t have much idea of how to do it. Architect-US guided me through all the process since the first moment and helped me answering my many questions in short periods of time. At this moment, my visa has just been approved and I am about to fly to the US for the first time in my life, such an exciting experience!

If I have to give some advice to new applicants, I would basically say two things: First of all, check that you cover all the requirements and that you are eligible to apply; and once you have checked that and started the process, manage your time. It is a long process, with many documents and forms to fill up, but if you manage properly your time, doing the things as they come, you won’t have any problem to get your visa on time.

Thanks to Architect-US for helping me during J1 Visa a long process that pays off.

I’m really looking forward to this amazing experience!
