The architectural firm Barker Freeman Design Office (BFDO) based in New York, changed completely the design of a 67 years old house using only the foundation from the original building. The result is by far astonishing taking into consideration that it transformed the waterfront ranch house into a larger residence topped with a rooftop garden.
