From what I have seen the second most famous Spanish dish is tortilla.

It is something that everybody likes and is not difficult to cook. Although in the United States it is a well-known dish, American people still have some doubts when they have to cook it by themselves.

Nothing that an average Spanish guy couldn’t solve in a Friday´s evening class!
