As soon as you tell about Spain, you will see that one of the main conversation topics is food. It is true that one of the most famous elements of our culture is Spanish cooking. There are a lot of well-known dishes, Spanish omelette is appreciated but the king is still unbeatable: paella!
Most Americans will not doubt in offering their kitchen and asking for one over the weekend, so there we go! Even if it is the first one that you do on your own and you know that has a long way to be good paella, they will love it!
